RETURN POLICY
- Goods once sold can not be returned or exchanged without a valid reason.
- Only if there are any shipping-related damage with your order, you may return it to us within 7 days of receiving the damaged package.
- Used products annot be returned
Return and Refund policy will not be valid for the below reasons:
- If you don't have an Unboxing Video from start to end.

Please note Fortune Chemie is not responsible for return shipping fees, it is the responsibility of the buyer.

SHIPPING POLICY
WORLDWIDE Shipping - The cost will be automatically calculated depending on your location.
Domestic Shipping - Shipping across India will cost Rs. 50 for the first 500g and Rs. 50 for every additional 500g.
Orders received before 1pm Monday - Saturday (excluding holidays), will be processed and prepared for shipping the same day. Typical delivery time is 1 to 7 business days.
Do get in touch with us if your product has not arrived even 7 business days from the date of shipping.
