If there are any shipping related damages/issues with your order, you may return it to us within 7 days of receiving the package.

We will email you a Return Authorization Form to fill out and attach to your return.
Please note Fortune Chemie is not responsible for return shipping fees, it is the responsibility of the buyer.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
